Edo 2024: Imansuangbon Receives Royal Blessings From Oba Ewuare ll

Within 24 hours that INEC had released the timetable of the governorship election in the State, the Labour Party aspirant, Barrister Kenneth Imansuangbon has received a Royal blessings from the Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare 11.

The Oba of Benin equally used the avenue to informed Barri. Kenneth Imansuangbon that, he has his prayers and blessings, as he sets out to prepare for his governorship ambition for Edo State comes, 2024.

The Oba of the Universe made the assertions when the Labour Party (LP) governorship aspirant accompanied by some of his party’s high ranking members and his associates including, Amen Ogbemudia, a daughter of Brigadier Samuel Osaigbovo Ogbemudia,  paid a visit to the Benin Palace, Benin city, Edo state.


Given his reasons why he came to visit the First Class Monarch, Barri. Imansuangbon told the Oba that his decision to seek for the blessings of the monarch is concieved by the fact that, the "Omo N’Oba is his Father “and there is no how I can embark on my journey to the Government House without having the blessings of my Father.”


 Barrister Imansuangbon posited that his interest and desire to govern Edo State is “to bring purpose and pattern to good governance”.

He told the Monarch that in whatever he does,bif elected as a governor, he will seek the counsel and advise of the Omo N’Oba, as he is not subscribe to antagonising the Royal Throne of the biggest kingdom in the world (the Benin Kingdom).

He assured the Oba that his regime in the state will be just and firm in acting its policies and will allow for contributions from the traditional institutions on the best ways to move the state forward.
