Amagba  Elders Call On  property Owners To Meet PVAC With Vital Documents

Amagba Community Elder’s Council in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State has called on property owners in the community to furnish the Property Verification and Authentication Committee with their documents with the view of certifying their true ownership.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman of the Amagba Community Land Verification Committee, Mr. Omoregbe Osunde and its Secretary, Mr. Nosakhare Igbinidu respectively on behalf of the Elder’s Council and made available to Journalists in Benin City, the Edo State capital.

The duo said the purpose for the exercise is to checkmate the continuous complaints by property owners who complained of encroachments and reallocations of their property in the community.

The duo stated  that to lay such complain to rest and resolve all issues amicably, those who claimed that their property have been encroached upon should visit the Amagba Community Land Verification Committee at the Community Town Hall from Monday to Friday between the hour of 10am to 5pm.

They therefore expressed confidence that with this public notice issued on the 24 of February, 2026, those who have one or two issues with their landed property, all would be resolved.
