APC Chieftain, Engr. Garba Congratulates Alhahi Kabiru On His Elevation To Special Adviser To Tinubu


A pro-Tinubu Government Advocate,Engr. Abdullahi Garba Ramat, PhD, has congratulated Alhaji Ibrahim Kabiru Masari on his recent elevation to the position of Special Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

This was contained in a statement he signed and made available to journalists in Benin City.

The statement described it as a moment of great pride for many of them whose lives he has touched in meaningful and lasting ways.

According to Engr. Ramat, "For those of us who know him closely, this recognition is not surprising. It is a deserved acknowledgment of years of quiet sacrifice, strategic leadership, and a firm and tenacious commitment to service".

Engr. Ramat said before this elevation, he served since 2023 as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political and Other Matters, noting that his new role clearly reflects the confidence President Tinubu has in his political judgment, his calm approach to complex issues, and his ability to navigate Nigeria’s dynamic political landscape with wisdom and discretion.

Engr Ramat said in a political space where many people seek attention and recognition, he stands out for a different reason, stressing that he is a strategist whose leadership is built on humility, sincerity, and loyalty. His impact is not measured by noise or publicity, but by the trust he earns and the lives he quietly transformed.


"Personally, I can say without hesitation that I have never seen a man who lifts people the way he does". "Over the years, I have witnessed him help countless individuals move from very humble beginnings to meaningful positions in life. Many who once had little hope or opportunity today stand as confident and respected members of society because he believed in them". He added.

Engr. Ramat explained that he considered myself one of the many people whose life he has positively influenced through his encouragement, guidance, and steadfast belief in people, he has opened doors that once seemed completely out of reach, adding that his leadership has given hope to those who had none and created opportunities for people who were never expected to rise.

He noted that beyond his political abilities, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabiru Masari is a deeply religious and trustworthy man, revealing that in the years he has known him, he has never seen him betray the trust placed in him. His integrity is strong, his confidence inspiring, and his courage admirable.

Engr. Ramat said he is also a leader who believes in results and whenever responsibility is placed on him, he pursues it with seriousness, focus, and a relentless commitment to delivering results, always within the bounds of the law and with respect for due process.

"Despite his influence and achievements, he remains remarkably humble. He listens, he reflects, and he always seeks ways to uplift those around him". He stressed.

Engr. Ramat said his leadership is not simply about authority; it is about mentorship, encouragement, and genuine concern for people. Many individuals who today occupy respectable positions in society can trace their growth to his support, guidance, and belief in their potential.

"As Nigeria gradually moves toward the political horizon of 2027, it is reassuring to know that within the inner circle of President Tinubu are leaders whose loyalty, wisdom, and strategic thinking remain steady and dependable". He said.
