Edo Sports Commission Management, Staff Praise Enabulele’s Transformational Leadership on Birthday


The Management and Staff of the Edo State Sports Commission have extended warm felicitations to their Executive Chairman, Hon. Amadin Desmond Enabulele, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

In a statement signed by the Functioning Permanent Secretary, Mrs A.P. Efe-Amenze, the Commission described the day as one of joy and celebration, as management and staff join board members, family, and friends to honour a leader whose impact continues to inspire excellence across the sports sector.

The statement noted that beyond celebrating his birth, the Commission is also celebrating his pragmatic and visionary leadership, marked by an unwavering commitment to the accelerated growth and development of sports in Edo State.

“Your remarkable achievements within the short period you have steered the affairs of the Commission are a testament to your leadership acumen as a dynamic and result-oriented administrator with a passion for excellence,” the statement read.

The management and staff further expressed pride in his leadership, acknowledging his role in inspiring confidence within the sporting community and delivering tangible progress for the people of Edo State.

The victims were said to be heading to Abuja in a newly launched Edo Line bus when armed men stopped the vehicle and forced them into the bush. Police operatives later arrived at the scene after the attack. A video from the incident, which has gone viral on social media, showed vehicles lined up on both sides of the highway as panic spread among commuters.
