CONGOs Releases Report In Monitoring,  Mentoring Of CSOs  Conference of Organization (CONGOs) in Benin city, Edo state has  released a report covering activities carried out in the EU-ACT coaching and monitoring project - including  Coaching and Mentoring of 3 CSOs to improve their Networking and Civic Engagement.  The report was signed by Mrs Daisy Abiola Igaga, President and Comrade Dr. Bartholomew Okoudo, Director of Administration. The report indicated that the Monitoring and Evaluation team visited  Organizations  that have benefitted from it between August and October, 2023 as  conducted by the Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations (CONGOs) M&E Project Officer. Labour Party Disclaims Time Table for Edo Governorship Primaries  The Edo State chapter of Labour Party has disclaimed a purported guidelines and time table for the Edo governorship primaries of the party issued by one Dr Abayomi Arabambi which is being circulated by a section of the media. Edo State Labour Party Insists Akpata is Their Member, Entitled to Its Privileges The Edo State chapter of Labour Party has insisted that Olumide Akpata is a member of the party and entitled to all the privileges of the party including the usage of its platform to contest any elective public office in Nigeria.  The Edo State chairman of Labour Party,  Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi stated this in a statement debunking an earlier warning issued to Olumide Akpata (SAN), by one Dr Abayomi Arabambi who claimed to be the national secretary of Labour Party, warning him to stay away from the party just as he accused him of being a mole of Governor Godwin Obaseki in the party.
