Troops of 4 Brigade Arrest 39-Year-Old Suspected Kidnapper, Destroy Shrine In Edo Iduozee Efe Paul, Benin  A 39-year-old man, Omogbegha Solomon has been arrested by troops of 4 Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Benin City, Edo State, for alleged kidnapping in the State. The suspect was arrested by the troop during operation IGBO DANU 1, in collaboration with the Edo State Security Corps (ESSC) during a raid of a house in Ujemen, Esan West Local Government Area suspected to be a kidnapper’s hideout.
