Okpebholo Directs Contractors To Work Round the Clock To Beat Rainy Season Iduozee Efe Paul, Benin  Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has directed contractors handling road construction projects across the state to work day and night to mitigate the impact of the approaching rainy season, which could slow down the pace of ongoing works.
