Edo Security Squad Directs Businesses To Install CCTV In Premises Iduozee Efe Paul, Benin Edo State Security Squad has directed business owners across the state to install Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras at their premises to strengthen efforts to tackle crime. Addressing journalists in Benin City on Monday, the spokesperson for the Edo State Security Squad, Noah Idemudia, gave businesses until July 30, 2026, to install functional CCTV systems. He said CCTV cameras would assist security agencies in investigating crimes, identifying suspects and gathering crucial evidence. "Business owners are encouraged to install effective, working cameras within their business premises.
