Onojie Of Ekpoma Gathers Native Doctors To Rain Curse On Kidnappers

The Onojie of Ekpoma, HRM, Barr. Anthony Ehizojie II has asked the traditional practitioners and native Doctors in Ekpoma Kingdom, and Esanland in General to issue curses and cast spells on anyone who henceforth dares to involve in Kidnappings.

This new development took place in Ekpoma where Native Doctors, including Chief Ominimini, Chief Dr. Noble, Chief Napoleon, Dr. Abu, Dr. Oyas, amongst others, were seen at the market square Ekpoma, announcing the development and thereafter, went ahead to issue curses on whosoever will  henceforth be directly or indirectly involve himself or herself in kidnappings.

In a one-on-one exclusive chat with Traditional Doctor Tunde Abu, aka Ominimini, one of the native doctors, he revealed to Winning Media Online that the implication of the curses is far reaching, as it will affect anyone that may covertly be indirectly or directly be involved in kidnapping.

He said; “our Onojie, His Royal Majesty, Zaiki Anthony Ehizojie II, and the entire Chiefs in Ekpoma kingdom, are bothered with respect to the incessant but questionable rate of kidnappings in Esanland. It is very strange to us, and we are putting a stop to it.

“In those days, our forefathers were known for issuing such curses in other to ensure peace in our communities, and those means, and powers are still available today, let’s not be deceived!

Continuing Chief Ominimini who commended the Nigeria Police Force and other law enforcement agencies, added that; “the efforts of our law enforcers need to be complemented, they cannot be everywhere, so, we are giving them every support we can.

Chief Ominimini, who advised parents and guardians to advise their children against criminal activities, especially those relating to kidnappings, assured that, very soon, Esanland will no longer be a safe haven for kidnappers.

It will be recalled that similar exercise was carried out by some Native doctors in Ubiaja, Esan South East local government area;  and recently, Governor Monday Okpebholo has practically shown that his administration has zero tolerance for kidnappers and cultists.
