Uyi Daughter's suicide: Court Dismisses Application Against IGP, Others By Editor A Benin High court has dismissed a fundamental human rights application  brought against the lnspector General of Police , Assistant lnspector General of Police,  Zone 5, Edo state Commissioner of Police, Department of State Service (DSS) and other security agencies by the Engineer Chukwudi Mudiaga.
